[PLEDGES] Is there an option for group/retail pledges?

[PLEDGE MANAGER] If I make a pledge without reward, will I be able to access the pledge manager later?

Yes, you will be able to access the Pledge Manager even if you pledge $1. But, pledging the full amount will be a tremendous help in making this project a success.

We plan to offer late pledges for a limited time. Pricing may vary from the Kickstarter.

[Shipping] Will I have to pay VAT?

We expect to work with shipping partners in the EU, UK, US, Canada, and Australia to provide region-friendly shipping. If you live in these zones, VAT customs and duties are already included in the shipping estimates on the Kickstarter page. Backers in other geographies may be responsible for additional duties or fees.

[Shipping] Where are your shipping hubs?

We will be working with shipping partners in the EU, UK, US, Canada, and Australia to provide region-friendly shipping. If you live in these zones, you won’t have to pay additional customs fees or duties upon the arrival of your pledge.

[SLEEVES] Will the tray insert fit sleeved cards?

Yes. All cards are bridge size (57 x 87 mm).

[LANGUAGES] Will Nut Hunt be available in different languages?

Depending on the success of the game, we may work with localization partners. We have no current plans to offer Nut Hunt in different languages.

[STRETCH GOALS] Are all stretch goals included in the base pledge?

Yes, the entire first print run of Nut Hunt will include all stretch goals. Rather than offer Kickstarter Exclusives, we are offering First Print Run Exclusives. Since the full first print run of Nut Hunt will benefit from unlocked goals, we can offer more goals at more economically viable levels - as we benefit from economies of scale, and don’t need to split our print run into separate batches.

[STRETCH GOALS] How many stretch goals are planned?

We have 6 stretch goals planned for the campaign. Two component upgrades, a tray insert that we expect to include in future print runs, and three first print run exclusives that we will not include in future print runs. It is unlikely that we add additional stretch goals mid campaign.

[ILLUSTRATION] I love the art, where can I buy a playmat or print?

Our illustrator Stephen Nickel retains rights to reproduce, sell, and modify most of the illustrations for the game. If you’d like to see more of the artwork, or purchase proofs or playmats, please reach out to him directly.

[SINGLE PLAYER] Does Nut Hunt’s solo mode have variable difficulty?

Yes. Nut Hunt plays 1-5 players and we are proud of our solo play development. We offer three automa difficulties Standard, Advanced and Expert.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
